Applications and tools I use
I use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) productivity apps on a daily basis.
I am proficient in the use of several booking apps and CRMs including: Case Manager, Cliniko, Coreplus, Get Timely, Halaxy, Nookal, Power Diary, Salesforce, Simple Salon and Slack.
I am also proficient in the use of bookkeeping apps: Quickbooks and Xero.
I have a VOIP system set up for virtual reception which enables me to take calls on your behalf, take messages and schedule bookings for a period of time or designated days – entirely up to you!
I work from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Anything outside of these hours can be negotiated, but I am usually flexible with my time to accommodate your needs.

What are your fees?
I offer customised admin package deals for ongoing contract work. However, I can also undertake one-off jobs!
Does a confidentiality service agreement need to be signed?
Yes, a service agreement must be signed to protect and benefit all parties involved.
What are the payment terms and options?
Invoices are emailed weekly. I have a 7-day payment term and normally a reminder will be emailed after 7 days of payment not being received. Alternatively, other arrangements can be made if required. Payments are made by Direct Deposit into TMA Virtual Solutions bank account.
